A serial entrepreneur, brain behind and the backbone of this initiative. He is also Founder and Director of Tecpool Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India.(www.techpoolindia.com). He brings to Chips-ework over two decades of technical, management and operational expertise in information technology, human resources development and training.

Narayana R. Bhide
Experienced entrepreneur with special expertise in renewable energy. He is a founding director of Trinetra Energy Conversions Ltd, a Mundaje-based rural hydro-electric power generation company. He also brings extensive public relations and management experience to our team at Chips-ework.

Lt.Gajanana Vaze
An officer in the Indian Army (territorial), he is an avid technocrat, digital artist and photographer. With over two decades of administrative experience in the armed forces, hand-on experience in education, social reform, Chips-ework fits well with his vision for empowering rural youth with the help of latest technology.
